What data we collect and why
The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), and message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not make automated decisions with it.
How your message reaches us
Contact form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that transmits your submission to our mailbox and does not store it after delivery.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
The About page embeds a video via YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set cookies unless you play the video. If you play it, YouTube (Google) may process data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email elsa.regan@ici2learn.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
