Most functions, departments or large teams (team of teams) in organizations have budget and time to meet for a team day / offsite once or twice a year. Often the focus of these days is to connect and learn about each other. The days can be fun and engaging but normally they have little real or lasting impact when the employees get back to the office.
Our one day Experiential Masterclass also creates a space for experts to connect and learn about each other. And it also creates a lasting impact back in the office!
Your teams of experts will spend the day improving their presenting skills by learning and applying our MAP → CRAFT → REHEARSE → DELIVER → MOVE framework on their real / live topics. They will practice together and return to the office with a shared knowledge and a shared language for how they show up when presenting in their team meetings, across teams and in high stakes situations with important stakeholders.

How it works
Prepare & Co-design
We engage with and get input from your leadership team and/or a selected panel of participants via our online survey, followed by a 1-hour alignment session with the leadership team. Each Masterclass is customized with 2–3 hours of co-design so every exercise and case study reflects your team’s real situations and not generic scenarios.
One-day Experiential Masterclass
A full day of facilitated learning with your experts, ‘learning by doing,’ feedback and reflection. The experts will experience the impact of structured practice sessions on real / live topics. Participants leave with a shared language and practical frameworks to apply the very next day.
Continuous Learning
The learning doesn’t stop when the day ends as participants will receive curated handouts and access to a learning library to embed the frameworks into their daily practice. An optional small-group coaching journey is also available for teams who want to receive further support.
