Too many brilliant experts carry important messages into rooms but those messages don't land. The messages fall in the gap, between intention and impact. Not because the ideas aren't good but because the clarity and confidence in presenting doesn't match the quality of the thinking and actions behind it.
Bridging the gap between intention and impact, experts and critical stakeholders is possible. And building this bridge can lead to significant change, in the decisions that get made, the credibility that's created and the influence that emerges.

From the research lab to high impact corporate presenting.
Dr Elsa Regan is an executive coach, facilitator, systemic team coach and TEDx speaker with over a decade of experience helping corporate professionals communicate with clarity, confidence and impact.
After more than ten years as an academic lecturer and researcher in cell biology, Elsa transitioned into the corporate world and worked on the R&D Science Board of a multi-national FMCG organization. Later in 2014 she followed her intuition and founded ici2learn — an organization dedicated to helping leaders and experts in global complex organizations fulfil their potential.
After years of training and facilitating teams and leadership development groups, in 2025 she was invited to TEDx for which she trained with world-class presentation coaches, including David JP Phillips.
In early 2025, at the request of a trusted client, she created a pilot program for Brilliant Presentations. Since then it has become a flagship learning programme that has trained hundreds of participants across many cohorts — spanning R&D, Quality, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs functions — at leading organizations including Danone.
